Built for independent lash artists.

LashDesk is the business platform built specifically for independent lash artists. Booking, client management, payments, and your professional website — all in one place.

No salon overhead. No generic tools that don't understand your craft. Just everything you need to run your lash business professionally.

Why LashDesk Exists

"Independent beauty professionals deserve better tools than spreadsheets and DMs."

When Rida Al Barazi started talking to independent lash artists about how they run their businesses, the same story kept coming up: talented professionals managing their entire livelihood through Instagram DMs, Notes app pricing sheets, and manual text reminders. Enterprise software ignored them because they weren't "big enough." Generic tools didn't understand their workflow.

LashDesk was built to change that. A platform designed from the ground up for the way independent lash artists actually work — with the tools, terminology, and workflow that makes sense for your business.

"It annoyed me to see an entire population being overlooked because they're not big enough to care about."

Today, LashDesk helps independent lash artists look professional, get booked, and get paid — without the overhead of a salon or the cost of enterprise software.

Rida has been building for the web since 2002. After co-authoring Beginning Rails 3, spending years in engineering leadership, and helping startups and enterprises across North America and the Middle East with product and strategy, he built LashDesk because independent beauty professionals deserve better tools than what the market was offering.

Based in Toronto, Rida combines deep technical expertise with a genuine frustration that small business owners — especially solo service professionals — are consistently underserved by software that's either too expensive, too generic, or too complicated.
